it was a good stay

Hotel prenotato per essere in zona l'indomani. Nulla da eccepire sull'hotel, anzi. Ottima la stanza, la colazione e lo staff. Purtroppo la zona la sera non affascina di certo. È un peccato perché con quel patrimonio della baia attaccato potrebbe avere molte chances in più.

The Song Loc Luxury is a beautiful hotel. It seems to be brand new and very nicely decored. We slept in the most comfortable bed and the bathroom was big with a wonderful shower. The hotel is conveniently located, with a huge indoor market right across the street. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. We did not see any other guests here but imagine that the summer it is quite hoppin. This is a terrific place to stay. A cruise on Ha Long Bay was arranged for us, it’s something you don’t want to miss.

Reasonably priced hotel, 160m near a night market for some last minute souvenir shopping before we hop onto our Ha Long Bag overnight cruise

Great staff handy to the markets all restaurants in walking distance very busy walk around the area

실내 시설이 훌륭하고 공간이 넉넉함. 또한 카이 담 시장이 길건너 편에 바로 있고 수상 인형극장은 도보로 5분 거리임

Location very good, just next to the seafood restaurants street. Pleasures to get free upgraded for my parents which spacious in the suite room. Nice mattress nice shower. Breakfast fair

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Very nice big room and great modern bathroom.

Hotel is well above 4* Only difference this hotel and 5* is their swimming pool is small . Rest are perfect

The hotel's pool did not seem to be in service, and despite advertising online and in the room about a sauna and poolside cafe, neither of these facilities existed! Room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was ok but weirdly ended at 9am.
