The hotel is far from downtown and overlooks a busy highway. No hot water any time of day or night. Very loud noise of draining bathtub. Rainwater shower function doesn't work. Stench from drains in the mornings.

For Korea, the parking is excellent. This hotel has a private courtyard-type lot for car parking. Much nicer than the parking garages that most hotels offer.

Great rooms and also breakfast is nice has a choice of Korean or Continental. Rooms have huge beds and bath tubs in which are great!

Everything was good except one thing. At the time of check-out, the staff was not professional at all. There was one team in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get a page of receipt. She was alone and looked quite nervous for everything. I don’t know what she was doing and why it took so long time to finish card payment for just two rooms however she never told me sorry for long waiting. Maybe because I was a Korean?? Anyway, thanks for everything especially for good breakfast everyday. I would choose this hotel again if I had a chance.

Very quiet place and don't see any people walk at surrounding area. No fruit given in the room and new paper. Hotel room should include of breakfast (International buffet), out side hotel local food all in Korea language it difficult for foreigner.

Very convenient with shopping mall within walking distance.

It was my second time to stay at this hotel and was wonderful. The room was very clean and the big tub was fun. I absolutely revisit this hotel!

I revisited this hotel several times and everytime I come back to this place with family, it’s very comfortable and the room condition is properly good. However, the staff wasn’t welcoming at front desk, overall the house keepers are very kind and gentle. I definitely come back to this hotel!

It was just perfect for business people and family. The room was just fine and quiet. It is easy to access to get on the high way. I want to visit this hotel with my family again.

This is an extremely nice 5 star quality hotel. Just beautiful! The only downside, is the plumbing. Korea has upgraded their country to First World, EXCEPT in the area of plumbing. They do NOT trap their pipes, which lets the awful sewer smells come back in to the rooms. It' s sad that they go to so much trouble building these gorgeous, luxurious hotels, and then they don't do something as simple as trap the pipes. I would stay here again, and probably will, but Korea in general needs to update their plumbing codes to get rid of the sewage smells. The building is beautiful and the staff is so polite and friendly! Lovely place, with easy parking, too.
