The room was wonderful and the staff were very accomodating to me leaving my luggage before check in

The lady on the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff were excellent , efficient and more than helpful. A request for a certain type of room at the last moment was accommodated . The centre of town was within walking distance and I'm a 73 year old in reasonable health. Quiet area.

Our stay was pleasant and we found the location perfect for walking to see the sites in Cambridge. Our only issue was that the room was not air conditioned and we happened to be there during a heat wave but that normally not be an issue I think.

all fine, but a lot of quite steep stairs...

Price was good for Cambridge. Cheerful and very well located for City centre. Clean but dated. Functional. Staff helpful.

A very well priced single room in a clean and well run hotel within a few mins walk of the City Centre. All I could ask for, thank you.

The room was comfortable, the staff helpful, and the location was good. Everything is within close walking distance - Tesco, pubs, restaurants, cafes. The train station is about 15-18 minute walk away. All the Cambridge attractions are within easy walking distances.

The location is very good. It has been 35 yrs since i came to Cambridge(I had been living in Cambridge for 1 year in 1991). It was a kind of tracking a memory trip for me. This hotel is comfortable and cozy.
