超讚 Had a good experience at the hotel with the personalised food and general cleanliness. Housekeeping staff, Pratik Awadan had done a marvelous job of jeeping the bathroom and all it’s fixtures sparkling. However, the management should take a call on the mesh curtains to be changed. They are soiled and withering.

Everything was nice, but the air conditioning fan has no relation to the thermostat temperature. Set thermostat on 23 and i wake up and the room is 17.

I checked into the hotel room on 6th June and was assigned a room in the evening on the 3rd floor. I returned back to the room late at night and to my surprise one of the hanging lights would not turn off at all. I raised the issue with the front desk and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The technical staff said that the issue is with black box which controlled the lights. The staff instead of trying to resolve the issue went ahead and started to remove the bulbs to switch off the lights. This experience was terrible. The hotel then shifted my room to the 6th floor. The bathroom was very smelly and the shower button was not functioning. The bed lamp bulbs were faulty.
My overall experience was terrible
