Pros: -The staff (front office, cleaners, kitchen staff, security guard) were friendly. -There's some food in the restaurant should you go hungry. -The chicken tapa was good. -It's the closest hotel to Starbucks. (just a few feet away) -You just go out the door and you can easily find a ride to wherever you'd like to go. Cons: - The rooms/hallways smell very musty/moldy. Def an issue if you have allergies/asthma. The windows can't be opened. But I guess it would not matter because even if if there was a way to open it, you'll just smell the exhaust from the cars etc. -A number of mosquitoes on the lobby/dining area.

Shops near by. Toilet lavatory clogged, faucet is broken, elevator not working. 310

Lighting and plumbing don't work well. Staff are very accommodating

The front desk is very accomodating. She let me in even I am an hour early for my check in time. The hotel is a bit outdated bit I don't care as long as I can sleep well. Over all no complaints. I am happy for what i paid for.

Great staff, cute little room with ample storage space, nice bathroom and good a/c. Restaurant area was nice and food service good. Limited menu choices however.

I always like staying at the Wregent Plaza. I do wish they would drop the leading W, however...

Nice motel good food great location excellent staff good price. Get the breakfast with the room it’s a great deal and really good will b back every time we go to tagbilaran

Staff are very responsive to your needs, they help immediately and are very patient!
