The personnel was so great, they cleary like their job and have built a service culture. Great parking and easy to get location. Facilities are outstanding.

We booked for 4 days family of 3 . We were given 2 single beds and a sofabed.however we booked a double bed and a single bed . Even though we were 3 adults we onky were given for 2 people towels and bath services everyday for 4 days and we kept have to ask everyday for an extra towel bought our own bath products.

不錯 We were dissapointed that the pool was closed as out of season & the restaurant was closed on the friday and Saturday evenings during our stay , this was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Nor informed after the fact.
We stayed at this hotel last year and were impressed with everything, especially the restaurant so this was our main reason of choosing this venue for our stay again.
This time we stayed, the room we were allocated faced the carpark so it was louder at night due to other events going on at the hotel. The AC in the room was also not as good as our last stay as it hadnt been updated.
Overall staff were great. Dinner (when available) was superb. Sleep was disturbed on friday and saturday evenings though due to other guests being noisy when leaving in the car park.

It was a big surprise, in a positive way. The room, the sunny outdoor pool with umbrellas and the bar with outdoor sitting is excellent. The pool closes at 19:30, and the restaurant opens at 19:30. We had a very tasty dinner at the restaurant, I recommend it. It was our last stop in Italy before flying off from Bologna airport. I definitely recommend this hotel, it was much better than expected. It is in a location where you need a car and parking is free, public transportation is difficult.
