It was a clean and very well designed hotel. They have welcoming warm atmosphere. All I complain is expensive breakfast price! Other than that it was a great hotel.

Bedding was not comfortable. Parking was limited and underground parking was a dungeon.

Everything's was great. Stuff is really friendly and let me check out later including holding my things for half a day before my very late flight. Food is good and not overpriced. Also pool and sound are really good to. Great location close to Istanbul mall and Mahmutbay Metro. Also pharmacy is just around the corner, good if one comes for medical tourism like I did.

Very bad experience. The room was dirty with a strong sewage smell, the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff were unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel.

Facilities, services and breakfast were good. People was very kind

I wouldn't call this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are okay, average at best. The pool, sauna and steam room are fine. Housekeeping staff are very hospitable and helpful, but front desk staff, not so much. Also located relatively far from public transport (though knew this before booking) and not too far from the airport.
