Hotel lobby and hotel room were very clean. Love the safety feature with the keys on the elevator and coming in after midnight.

Had 3 rooms and things were very inconsistent between them. Two of the rooms had only 1 bath towel, the 3rd room had 3 bath towels, 1 room had 2 chairs, the others had only 1 - all rooms had 2 double beds. The office chair in the room was on the verge of breaking. One room was 10 floors directly above the pool but had a VERY strong pool smell. Thermostat in 1 room worked to raise the temperature but didn't work to lower it. After raising the temp a bit, everything in the room became damp. Staff members were very friendly. Amenities were nice, lobby was clean.

Very easy check in and clean room with a great view. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back.

This property is old and let's just say needs updated

The property is definitely dated. Wallpaper peeling off walls in the hallways, old carpet, and a musty smell throughout the hotel. The room was fine overall, but there was no fan in the bathroom, so the room was very damp feeling. The cleaning staff did not vacuum the hallway the entire 4 days I was there and there was broken glass on the carpet. The valet staff was great.

We called and asked the front desk to send up a new coffee maker because ours wasn't working. No one ever came. So we had to go purchase coffee and tea at the Starbucks in the hotel. The bathroom was very poorly ventilated, needs a ceiling exhaust fan. But great location for where we were going to do things.

This is the best for location downtown , amazing staff ,breakfast on point & the bar lacks noting .my new got to in the steal city.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Close to a lot of transportation, so options are always available. Within walking distance to a lot of things. The room was fine with a beautiful view. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors talking. Coffee machine didn’t seem clean as the coffee tasted weird. Used it once and never tried again. I would stay again but would hope no one was on either side of me.
