I would like a refund. They turned the property into a safe have for migrants. They ruined a vacation weekend for me since this had been scheduled months ahead of time. Please contact me 657-706-8685

The room were nothing like the pictures online showed very disappointed whole hotel needs a upgrade

The rooms were nothing like the pictures on websites..

I liked the proximity to shopping and food. I didn't like the broken steps to get up to the room. There were burn holes in the comforters.

When I arrived at property there was 6 Sherriff's car in driveway. The floors were sticky, not clean, the bedding covers, sheets and pillows were not clean. graffiti on side of night stands and headboard. Only one exit out of room and that door was warped like it had been kicked in once. At night unexpected visitor banging on door wanting to get in. Very loud, abusive, screaming in room next door.

The property was easy to find. Good parking lot. Happy that I could get a room earlier and bigger then booked. But kind of felt uneasy with some homeless people around the parking lot.

Fair for the price

The property was very dirty, trash everywhere. The room was worse People were hanging their laundry on railings and half dress occupants and fighting It was a bad experience

I had booked a king size non smoking and he assigned me a 2 bed room smoking n smelled really bad, the sheets had cigarette burns, the room was dirty, the restroom was in really bad condition, and it looked nothing like it’s advertised in the website

Property has been overrun by drug dealers. Got accosted twice on my way from checking in back to my truck. Did not feel safe at all. Room was pretty gross with sticky stuff on the walls. You cannot cancel when you get there, which I'm sure a lot of people would do as there is a sign posted that says "no cancellations". Don't stay here.
