This hotel was perfect , I love the location , the staff goes above and beyond for everything. The bathroom was squeaky clean ( which a big deal to me ) .

I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome. My stay here will be in my thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so much.

The staff , they were great .The location was good the breakfast was out of this world
The only issue was the room was a little tired looking and we did not have hot water for the shower , but I would give a 8/10
