The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful during our stay. We had one of the upgraded rooms, and it was super cute! It was also really convenient being able to rent beach towels, chairs, and other beach items right at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

This was an amazing room with a view of the ocean across the street. It had a king size comfortable bed, mini fridge, and a microwave. Everyone was friendly. It is 13 minutes from the airport so very convenient. Down the street was local shops, restaurants, and more. We found a gem of a place full of food trucks. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Clean comfortable room. Not added amenities other than the beach across the street :). Easy access to island activities.

The good: Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the pool. It was convenient to be able to get towels and beach chairs as needed. The front desk girl was nice. The irritating: The laundry machines were broken. The rooms were not clean (especially the showers and floors). The bad: We book a 3 bedroom suite for 10 people. When we arrived, we found that the suite only slept 6. We contacted the front desk, and they were not helpful and basically blamed Hotels.com, by saying that the listing was incorrect. They also said that I should have called the hotel to confirm… even though my confirmation email is literally for 10 people. It seems to me like when they received a booking for 10 people, they should have realized that they could not accommodate it, and contacted me. They did not offer to do anything to make it right. We ended up having to drive to the next town over to purchase air mattresses and bedding for our extra people, adding an extra expense. As of today, hotels.com is still booking our same room for 10 people.

The front desk Linnie and the other sweetheart that was working the late night shift on 6/6/26 made the experience so much easier for my 5 year old son, which was his first time staying at a hotel 🙌

Overall good stay! Had some bug problems which is not unexpected on an island. Staff was very responsive.

The place was great!! And Leno (not sure I'm spelling it right) at the front office was absolutely amazing!!!

Hotel is only 2 mins walk to the beach but the beach you can't swim. It's very misleading on the ads... The room is facing to garden view, but the trees are too tall and not maintained. It covered the view and we could not see anything out the window or the beach view. It was disappointing.

Friendly and quick check in. Updated and immaculate room with amazing shower pressure, and convenient small fridge and microwave. Quiet a/c and could hear subtle waves from beach across the street overnight. However, we also had big and somewhat noisy bulldozers working at 8 a.m. Not sure if they were repairing storm messes or longer term street repairs, so you may want to call ahead to see if that is still going on during the time of your upcoming stay. It impacted our ability to ever sit in the bistro table by our door to enjoy the ocean view.

I especially enjoyed the small lani, and ice available , the wifi was not working, but the mango were good👍
