Very very good

Very comfortable and conveniently located. Peaceful. Restaurant is very good. Staff very helpful and responsive. Ideal if one plans to do giri Parikrama or temple visits but not if you plan to visit during full moon day during which there will be lot of barricades and traveling to and fro becomes difficult. On all other days, this hotel is ideal.

Everything is good. Toilets should be more clean and maintained.

This Hotel is a little dated but has all the comforts needed. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. It is worth for the price i paid. I will recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel looks good from outside. However the rooms were disappointing in terms of maintenance. We had 3 rooms and each of them had problems with respect to plumbing. The restaurant is disappointing too. I would avoid this hotel in the future

We didn't enjoy this property. The toilet was organised in a very strange way with the shower in the middle with 2 glass doors going across the full length wall to wall. On the far side of the shower was the toilet and on the nearside the sink. Secondly, the toilet smelt with poor sewage drainage. The mosquito net was broken with the window open letting in midgies. With the staff, a gentleman called John checked us in and to be fair I couldn't complain about him and he went above the call of duty, but unfortunately he went off an hour after we checked in and the same could not be said of his colleagues. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again!!

Bathrooms are really bad and the shower is terrible.

Do not recommend this hotel. We booked in for four days. Day one - room allotted not what we were signed up for. Toilet seat broken. Reported this no action taken. Staff not helpful. day two - requested clean up of room no replenishment of stock of coffee powder, no water, no toilet rolls provided. Had to ask for this. Reception staff unfriendly and not helpful. Day three same result, no replenishment of coffee or water, had to ask for this multiple times before it was sent to our room. Day four same poor service and not a moment we felt that we were welcome at the hotel. Buffet breakfast was quite standard, four days of very similar type meals. We did have their a la carte menu food which was okay. All vegetarian food only. Would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning here again.
