Great staff, and very conveniently located.

Great location, staff was friendly, breakfast was convenient ans super tasty.

Everything was great. Only negative was that our room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait an extra hour, which would not have been so bad, but we already frustrated as our bags were delayed. However, I do recommend and would stay here again. It is very close to train station and Kolner Dom.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Every day there were nice little amenities in the lobby like some candy or bottled water. Every employee we came into contact with was helpful, kind, and informative. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the area and were only minutes from the train station and the cathedral. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. We loved our stay!

Excellent customer service. Cleaned room.

The hotel was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and the room was excellent

Clean room, staff were very helpful and breakfast was great

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the main station and attractions. Large spacious room.

Beautiful hotel. With clean, comfortable & well appointed rooms. The shower had great water pressure. Very conveniently located near the train station. Ate at the restaurant onsite and it was tasty with excellent service. My only complaint is that the elevators are slow. But that was minor. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in a great location to visit cologne. 10 mins walk from the train staition. Good size room and bed. Would defo stay again
