The hotel was clean. Standard rooms apparently do not have a balcony or terrace

There was problem checking in, attended all Thai, neglected me, for 2hours. Thought it included breakfast, told hotel does not serve breakfast. Room,,,,,no coffee, no safe, only shampoo and toilet paper in bathroom. Has kettle , 2 cups. No spoons. Included only 2 towels. Aircon fine. Nothing else included. Not happy. Location fine, 7 11 next door.

Rummet jag bokade skulle ha balkong. När vi kommer dit så har vi ett rum utan fönster och balkong. Personalen svarade att bilderna dom har i annonsen är 3år gammal. Sen drog det att frukost ingick, men fanns inte frukost. Poolen var väldigt äcklig.

The hotel needs renovations. There are some small things that are damaged. It needs some renovations, both inside and out. The photos on the website are misleading. There is no sauna.

ห้องพักใหม่ สะอาด ทำเลดี พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี แต่บังเอิญห้องพักที่เลือกเป็นห้องstandard อยู่ภายในอาคารจึงไม่มีหน้าต่าง ต้องปิดม่านตลอด ทำให้ไม่เห็นอะไรภายนอก จะเปลี่ยนห้องก็เต็ม ใกล้ชายหาด มีแสงไฟ สามารถนั่งเล่นหรือว่ายน้ำทะเลกลางคืนได้

Pros: Great staff and very nice ladies that will accommodate you and help you, not too much noise as not too close to nightlife (about 15 minute 150 baht motortaxi to Pattaya Walking Street), very nice rooms with cozy beds, free wifi. Cons: Seaview rooms are not necessarily directly facing the sea; you need to ask for that, the pool is on 1st floor and gets no sun, bathroom drain slightly smelled. Overall a nice Stay to get away from nightlife for a while.
