I didn’t like it

The only good part of this property it’s close to Niagara. The property is old poorly maintained, not enough options for breakfast, not worth it at all.

Staff was not polite at all unable to answer questions. Breakfast was served on dirty counters. Dirty sheets

The room was clean but there are few things to mention- there’s no room service if anything goes wrong. We have to do it ourselves, which was kind of a bad thing. Rest everything was good. But the total cost just didn’t justify the rooms.

They had a separate dinning area we had our home cooked meals there we used their microwave.

Easy access to the falls. Breakfast could have options, but overall a great place to visit the falls. Recommend for the price.

The AC worked great. It was a clean room with 3 beds. Hot breakfast offerings of waffles, toast, muffins, juice and coffee.

“Overpriced and Disappointing Stay.” A very disappointing hotel experience we’ve had, especially after paying $294+ for one night for five people. To make it worse, the price dropped to $190 on the day of arrival, but we couldn’t get any refund because the booking was non-refundable. The reception wasn’t really welcoming, and although the hallways looked very decent, the room was disappointing. The bed linens didn’t appear clean, and the continental breakfast had bread, waffles, and oatmeal but no Bagels at 9 am . We booked this hotel in a rush because other hotels were either full or much more expensive that weekend, but it simply wasn’t worth the money. Next time, we’d rather pay a little more and stay at a more reputable hotel. Based on our experience, we would not recommend it.
