Property Location is good but the Mattress was very springy and uncomfortable. The Furniture is old.

The apartment itself was large, well laid out and comfortable with fantastic views. The shower in the second bathroom had a door that didn't close and leaked water all over the floor and there was no sound proving between the bedrooms. We found the location to be very nosiy as there were multiple night clubs that pumped loud music until around 3:30am every morning. We have arrived home very unrested because of this.

Location where we picked up the keys was in completely different location from where we were staying.
Customer service not friendly ( rude)
We struggled to find our parking as well as our apartment.
No proper directions and for that reason we got locked in one of the elevators. Luckily we got helped by complete stranger.
Finally when we made to apartment we found that there are some cockroaches and when we made complaints to reception of Holiday Holiday, they told us that this is NORMAL.
Very disappointing.
Never again.

I loved the scenery from my apartment however the reception staff communication wasn’t clear as I got lost not knowing where to park. It was difficult to get to the hotel office which was further away from the apartment. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly.

The property is located in the main city centre, close to all the attractions, restaurants and beach.
It was very clean with fantastic view of beach, ocean and city around and good swimming pools.
