夜遅い時間でも対応してくれて助かりました。

洗面所やベットなどとても清潔感があり、またとても使いやすかったです。そして、スタッフの方にも丁寧に説明して頂けました。

シャワー、洗面所、トイレなどの設備が清潔でよかったです。脱衣スペースがゆったりとしていて使いやすかったです。

南京町の中心にあってとても便利な立地で、清潔快適な滞在になりました。

中華街を利用するならこんな便利な場所にある宿はないですね。

This place is great ideal location in Chinatown for hundreds of food, vendors and restaurants.

必要最低限ですが、足りないということが全くなかった。対応も無駄なく遠隔でホスピタリティも高かった。

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and quiet and I felt safe. It was so nice being right in the middle of Chinatown and I absolutely love Kobe. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location - It's one block off of the main street in Chinatown and it's very close to the metro (~5 blocks). The heater works very well (which is important as it's winter and it's cold outside). There's only 2 showers on the women's floor, so there's the possibility of having to wait for a few minutes, but the showers are clean and they provide shampoo and conditioner. Good wifi.
