There was no issues when I stay here in 2025. This year, 2026, I stay here again and I will never come back. The room feels so old; the furniture is not well maintained at all. The room is a none-smoking room but it smells smoky. Very bad experience. Both the front desk and the breakfast staff do not have the basic hospitality. They all looks like angry for no reason.

Pros:
-Superb breakfast! Keep it up Conrad Beijing team. Lots of food options, great food quality.
Cons:
-We booked two rooms. They both felt worn out and a bit outdated. We asked for a non smoking room and our level-12 room smelled unpleasantly, heavy cigar smell.
-We booked the hotel because of the view, but the view from our room was frankly terrible.
-Reception desk staff english proficiency is severely limited. Communication can be a big big challenge for non-mandarin speakers.

Beautiful hotel, all stuff are so kind and friendly, excellent service! Just somehow the hotel wifi didn't work for my phone. I would suggest the hotel to have a technical support stuff for helping guests troubleshoot.
