The staff was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast is simple but had everythingI needed. Located in the best comercial area of Porto. It was an excelent choice.

Was worried regarding the reviews about noise & the beds. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor- there was noise Friday & Saturday but nothing unbearable - couldn’t be heard with earplugs. Beds very comfy also. Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Roof terrace is lovely.

The breakfast was poor, however the hotel was excellent and very central in the city. Spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful. It has a lovely rooftop terrace to go and sit late afternoon and early evening.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was cleaned every day. Location is superb!

Parking was convient as was the hotel - you can walk most anywhere .

Staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and exactly what i needed for my stay.

We had a room on the street facing side of the hotel on the 5th floor. There is a bar across the street that is open until 6am in Friday and Saturday. It is LOUD. The windows do not do a good job of blocking the noise. I imagine if you’re staying here on a not Friday or Saturday night or are a heavier sleeper you might be ok. As for the rest of the experience, the hotel is ok. Breakfast is basic, the hotel feels old, the room was alright, the staff all seemed very serious. We were given the wrong room to start off, so that didn’t help. Other than the lack of sleep due to noise, it was ok. The only thing that was good was the location.

Perfect location for first time Porto visitor. Just steps from the main pedestrian street San Catarina. Majestic cafe, beautiful tiled church/ shrine, indoor shopping mall, and Bohalo market very close by. Breakfast simple with hard boiled eggs, cheese and luncheon meat, breads, yogurts and whole fruit. Same everyday. Friendly and helpful staff a big plus! A/C and heat were not working but we were upgraded to a suite and provided a portable fan/ heater that did the trick. Would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the city centre, close to restaurants, shops and all the tourist attractions. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but nice. The only negative was our room was located at the front of the hotel (roadside). So there was a fair amount of noise, it sounded like the window was open but it was shut. There is a night club next door, so on Saturday night it was extremely noisy with people arriving and leaving until 6am. I would stay here again but I would recommend bringing earplugs.

I didn’t make use of housekeeping during my 3-night stay. But the room, bed, bathroom were clean. Staff from reception to the breakfast crew were very friendly.
