It comply with our expectations. The area was ok. The only situation was when we arrive identify the entrance of the apt. Since is inside a share building and we as tourist are not used to that. But after we were able to identify the correct doorbel we receive the person in charge and attend us kindly.

The hotel was close to a metro stop, very convenient - history around the corner . Cozy and comfortable.

I would say the stay is a 4/5 stars. Good location, great amenities (AC, Towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo, tv) and has an elevator. The WiFi was a bit weak. The breakfast was great too, we had to go to another location for breakfast but the food was good. They had eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, cereal, bread and fruit. The hotel is close to the metro and plaza Popolo.

Air conditioning issue reported from day 1. We were not able to switch from Fan to AC option. The housekeeping explained us the air is controlled and we were not able to control it by ourself which it is unacceptable. It was very hot in Roma, 31 degree celcius. The room was very warm and very uncomfortable to be relaxed and rest. It is also very noise area.

Great location, comfortable and clean room.

Really great location and rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly, is a boutique hotel.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location (city center)

The breakfast schedule was convenient, and the room and bed were very comfortable. The location is good; however, the area can be noisy due to emergency vehicle sirens. There is a trains station and marketplace nearby.

Great Breakfast, clean and comfy rooms, great stay. Close and walkable to attractions

Great room, small bathroom. Had to constantly move around the bidet and toilet. Great spot although very hard to find. Rooms are located in one building, the breakfast in another. REALLY noisy- construction right outside and so you can’t open the curtains and get light or air inside. You can hear the workers start before 7. Hallways loud. Staff very friendly. Clean.
