I loved that the room had no carpet but a solid wooden floor. The bathroom needed some tlc and the shower gel was empty. If you have no shower gel you’re done. The breakfast spread was very good. The croissants were very tasty. All staff were lovely.

We had a bit of a rough trip with the air Canada strike so we were unable to arrive on the first day. Impossible to get ahold of anyone by email or long distance. They might have long distance disabled. If they didn't have mobile check in, we would have lost it and have no where to go. I wish there was someone we could have talked to about our situation. Our room temperature was locked at 28.5°C and even with the instructions it never went lower. The fridge was connected to the cabinet door and there was a gap so the fridge never got cold and everything spoiled. We couldn't really complain as we lost most of our days to the strike so we only had 2 nights. Otherwise, amazing area, easy for transportation. There's a police station right next door so we felt safe. The room was clean as well. We paid for breakfast through Expedia but never had the chance to use it because of our plane situation.

A/C didn't work very well. I was not able to set it below what the thermostat was showing. Shower was leaking water.
