5 adults (2 sets of couples and 1 single traveller) We stayed at room 211 where theres a double bunk bed perfect layout. Pretty good size beds for couples, had 2 ACs and 2 sinks. And just outside of the room theres another toilet and shower. They have a common kitchen and dining with fridge and ice. Love the functionality of this hotel. I would definitely recommend and come back. Minor concerns on this property was check out time was a bit early than others at 10:30 and hot water for hand washing takes time. HOT WATER FOR SHOWER WAS NO PROBLEM. ONLY FOR HAND WASHING. Big thanks to Nicholas for his hospitality!

This property is awesome. Great staff that are all exceptionally good at service and genuine friendliness.if I was coming back if definitely stay here. Close to everything including the castle the gardens and the old district. Very impressed

This place is one of those "nature retreats" that charges you for everything under the sun. The room itself? Barebones, with a design so uninspired it feels more like a storage unit than a getaway. The washroom and shower are comically cramped—honestly, travel insurance might be wise in case you sprain something while turning around. Don’t expect a kettle, coffee, or even basic amenities in the room, unless you're happy paying extra just to get your towels swapped or the garbage taken out. And if you’re booking the triple room? Bring a hard hat—head injuries are practically part of the experience.

The taxi doesn’t know the area

The room was comfortable. The hotel is very close to Omicho Market, the best market I went to in Japan. The hotel has a kitchen open to the public, where you can cook or eat what you bought. To have in mind, we were charged a small local tax which was not included in the Expedia price. They don't provide pyjamas, like the rest of the hotels we went to.

Staff at the hotel were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and their assistance to book restaurants was fantastic with excellent recommendations.

The hotel was amazing. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated very close to many sightseeing spots.

The hotel was in a decent area, the room was good for the price, and the service was amazing. The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay
