Very comfortable and the staff was awesome!

Amazing place! Staffs were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is superb, rooms were clean and cozy

We had an excellent stay at Bacau Bay Resort Coron. The service was outstanding from arrival to departure, with attentive and genuinely hospitable staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and the resort grounds were beautifully maintained. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available on the property. The buffet dinner was reasonably priced and featured a great selection of dishes, along with enjoyable entertainment from the fire dancers and acoustic band, making for a memorable evening. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return the next time we visit Palawan. Highly recommended!

The staff were excellent and so were the daily brownies! The resort is very convenient to Coron itself if one wants to walk or a cheap "tricycle" taxi. Highly recommend.

It's great...

The hotel is stunning, cocktails on the pier watching sunset. The hotel arrange a private boat trip run by a local family which was incredible. The Japanese restaurant was fantastic with flaming menu and every member of staff was attentive welcoming and lovely . Lots of special touches to make our stay memorable . I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and their staff .

Coron was beautiful

Breakfast is ok, service is terrible, staff are rude. Karaoke is very noisy at night. If u want to have a good sleep avoid this place. Smells sewerage, stray cats. Pier Bar is scenic during sunset. I would not recommend this place, it’s not worth the money I paid for.

I wish I could give this hotel a 3.5 star review overall, but my only options are 3 stars or 4 stars. It's not good enough for 4 stars, not quite bad enough for 3 stars. The PROS: +Incredibly good breakfast buffet, it was included with our room and had the best food of any hotel breakfast we experienced in the Philippines. This honestly carried the entire hotel. +Good access to 3 unique restaurants. Good food options to choose from all within walking distance: Filipino comfort food, pizza, and Japanese food. +We got food poisoning during our stay (likely from one of their restaurants) and they had an on-site nurse which attended to us for not extra cost. +They let us extend our stay easily and for cheaper than what we paid. Here are some issues we had: -We got food poisoning from one of their restaurants we're pretty sure. -The A/C unit is a total joke, didn't cool anything despite being on the strongest setting. -The swimming pool is warm, murky, and feels dirty and oily. The pumps weren't even on so water wasn't even circulated. -Several times we had to call the front desk or room service multiple times to ask for the same thing because they wouldn't bring it to us after the first request, or after a long long time. -The service water they provided were all from different sources, and usually too warm. -The safe in the room wasn't working properly, we had to call someone in to help us with it (never had an issue with the hotel room safe before).
