Very nice staff, booked this place very last minute! Booked 4 room like 5-10 mins before and showed up, they had the keys and room ready within 5mins! Very convenient and decent pricing. We went to Angkor bar on the beach, best food we had so far!

All great, thanks

No hot water, mosquitos in room, dirty smelly water, dirty sheets, dirty ripped up ragged towels, spiders and insects in room.

My family and I had a great stay.the room was nice and the staffs was friendly.i would definitely stay here again.

One of better hotels I stayed at on my trip.

Good value for money and easy walking distance to Giant Ibis bus stop.

Schönes Hotel, wobei Boutique vielleicht etwas viel gesagt ist. Tolle Skybar!

The property was listed as a non-smoking property, but when we got to our elevator floor, I can smell the heavy smoke right away. Our room was a smoke room, with cigarette tray. We stayed in that room the 1st night because we assumed that this whole property is probably a smoke environment. The next day we asked for a smoke free room, and luckily there was a room available. The room was spacious and with lots of storage. The bathroom and the shower faucets was the highlight of the hotel. It so modern! We love it! But we wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to any friends of ours.

At first it was a rocky start checked in,because they claimed that they don't have my reservation, but the manager decided to let us checked in anyway, and will solve the problem later..
