星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

Great stay. Room was large and clean and full amenities. Staff is extremely freindly and helpful. We stayed about a week and it was perfect for our needs. It is a busy area but we had a quiet room in back away from street noise and there is shopping that is conveniently location next door

The rooms, staff and food are superlative. The staff was incredibly courteous and the buffet breakfast and dinner were simply scrumptious. Such hospitality is really hard to come by. Well done team Royal Hometel Suites! Thank you for your service.

This property is convenient and easy accessible.

Very good property

Nice clean property located on the service road of Western Express highway. Going across the highway was somewhat painful as U-turns were involved. Autos are available with their usual quirks. Hotel staff helpful.

Breakfast choices were amazing. Rooms were very clean

My stay was pretty good at the Royal Hometel suites. The room was very clean and service was quick.

Junior staff needs better training and support from supervisors

Staff is overwhelmed due to very heavy group guest traffic —- and partially trained staff are left unsupervised —- leading to mistakes ( including when they charged me for a room that was prepaid)

Very small rooms and inonsistent room shapes and sizes
