Clean room , staff was great and always available

Breakfast and service could be better

This property was in a great location in the desert and a good experience to have. The accommodation does need updating

The staff were super friendly and the campsite was beautiful. The room was nice but showing signs of wear and tear (duck tape on some of the tent lining etc).

Wonderful accommodations. The best I’ve experienced in Wadi Rum. Great food, kind and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a bathroom in your room which did not used to be standard.

Our stay at UFO Luxotel Wadi Rum was absolutely unforgettable! The location is breathtaking — surrounded by the stunning desert landscape and perfect for watching the stars at night. The bubble rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering an amazing mix of luxury and nature. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the whole experience felt magical from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wadi Rum — it’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
