This was a great hotel . Right in the center of the city, with the Duomo right around the corner. Staff were very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location , Staff super friendly and helpful!
Beds are super comfortable and the pillow menu super great!
No noise :-) appreciate even you are at the center the windows have a great sound isolation !

im a gold member and while booking it shows that i have an upgrade if room is available but upon check in
the staff told me there was no advice from hotel.com for an upgrade
so is hotel.com in accurate?
