Bedroom had Airconditioning but not dressing area … a sweat box! Nice bedroom with mattress on floor. Over 100 steps to climb to breakfast area. Definitely not for guests with mobility issues. Convenient location to beach and restaurants.

The place was lovely - only thing , if you older or with mobility issues the poll and restaurant is up over 103 steep stairs so might not be for you . Great view once you’re up there

Fantastic, brand new apartment. The villa is set a bit further back from the main pool & other villas but if you like privacy & space it’s fantastic! It’s 10 min walk to beach & chill grill & pizza place are 3 min walk out the door. They can show you short cut back. The villa is decorated well & everything is here you need. 7/11 5 min walk but reception gave us a lift when we needed to bring back food/water etc. staff accommodated us well & the private pool is a great bonus. The pics really don’t do this place justice. Next time I’m booking my whole week here it like home from home.

The pool villa was very clean and well maintained. Great location with amazing views and only a short walk from Kantiang bay. Staff is very friendly.

Clean Villa, wonderful staff, loved having our own infinity pool. Our cleaning lady was amazing! The view was spectacular, monkeys, crickets, birds and landscaping were lovely. The only suggestion I would make is that the Villa is not part of the resort and a long 1/4mile walk to the hotel lobby/restaurant and main road. If they put in a walking path that connected the Villa to the amazing Chill Grill House (excellent chill vibe great bar and pizza Swiss family Robsinson style) road that would be far better than the trek up to the Villa. Unfortunately we didn’t find it till our last night. Hotel picked us up and transported us for free from Ferry to Villa but charged $500baht to take us back to the ferry, they had other couples going. The Villa does not have screens and at night when you have lights on the bugs and mosquitoes come in. You can’t leave the windows open because of the monkeys. Thankfully half the Villa (the bedrooms) have A/C!! We loved our relaxing time here.

The Alama was great all around. Some hotels claim to be something they are not but the Alama was what is said to be and more. The pool was amazing. The view can’t be beat. The staff is always curious trusting and helpful. We immediately extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights and are sad to leave

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location is fab with stunning views over the beach, a fantastic pool and a very good breakfast. There are bars, restaurants, a 7-11 and an ATM within a short walk. We could have done with more storage space in the 2 bed villa.

We loved our stay here with stunning views over Kantiang Bay.

This was a serene stay with fabulous views and a tranquil setting. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our villa was clean with everything we needed plus lovely dressing robes and sliders for the pool. We most definitely would return back here, the beach, shops and restaurants were a handy walk away.
