Breakfast was good but very very packed. Not enough sitting area if traveling with family. Didn’t know you have to reserve to have access to the pool. Was told it’s an hour per group (10 people) but when I came in with family, there were more than 15 people at my reserved time. Pool room was dirty. Strong chlorine smell. Cloudy water. Had to call for pool towels. Lobby is always packed and loud. Overall we did like our room. And good parking nearby.

The hotel did not honor our request for a handicapped room although we had made reservations almost 3 months in advance; the electricity went out in our room on 2 occasions and was limited to our room only (response was good although it was upsetting for my young grandchildren to walk into a dark room after the trauma of battling through a thunderstorm with heavy rain); one of two elevators was broken throughout our stay - we had to queue to get on and on more than one occasion had to ride up to come down after waiting almost 30 minutes to get on one going down. Our one attempt at enjoying the free breakfast found the breakfast area full and food limited to toast and hash. I have stayed at Hyatt properties before and was disappointed

The hotel was clean. The food was ok for breakfast. One of the elevators was broke down. The staff was not overly friendly. The valet driver was super rude to our friend who dropped us off out front of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. I would expect exceptional service from the Hyatt but not this one!!!

There was only one working elevator, and luggage carts were hard to come by. Valet service was excellent. Staff was professional and very helpful.

Centrally located and right near some great restaurants. Staff very helpful and positive.

The shower wasn’t working and neither was the AC in our room, during a heatwave. However, it wasn’t a long wait before they came and fixed them. There was only one working elevator and then it stopped working, which caused some problems during check in and check out with luggage. There was no information prior to check in that you had to reserve a time to swim. The pool was extremely small, compared to the pictures on their website. However, the breakfast buffet was a 10/10.

the staff was super helpful and friendly, expecialla Mika the manager who was super helpful and even arranged a car service for us on our departure. Thanks again!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was walking distance to all our activities. Only issue we had during our stay were the elevators. Only one was fully functional. I would stay again.

Everything went well except the elevators being down two days.
