We enjoyed this resort so much that we rarely left. We had every dinner and breakfast in residence. The food is excellent and the staff are well trained. We very much enjoyed our suite with a Hottub outside.

Estadia excepcional no Entre Cielos! A propriedade fica em uma localização extraordinária, com vista para a cordilheira. As instalações são novas, com arquitetura arrojada. Todos os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos. O restaurante é agradável e serve boa comida. E para nós o grande destaque foi o banho turco, que ganhamos de cortesia do hotel pelo aniversário da minha esposa. Em síntese, tudo perfeito. Nada a reclamar.

Very good and clean; the staff was very polite!

The reception staff were absolutely brilliant as were staff elsewhere - except for the girls in the restaurant - the patio restaurant. 1st day, we sat outside waiting for the room to be ready - the staff didnt approach us at all to ask if we wanted anything, even though they walked passed us. We eventually had to flag them down. Odd but we ignored it. Next morning my wife went to breakfast and she was completely ignored while others who came later were served! Also she was never told about the specials menu - there should have been a menu on the table as per other tables but this table didnt have it and girls never offered it. So my wife had the buffet when she would have preferred a meal from the menu (particularly the fruit/French toast). On out last day, I sat outside for 1 hour before anyone asked if I wanted anything. Overall not very attentive but dare I say maybe even predudicial. At least thats how it came across. And that's from a hotel that cost 550 US per night. Shame as the rest was good.
