Loved it! Manager on duty was very nice and hospitable. Restaurant downstairs was delicious, intimate, and the cocktails superb. Spacious room and incredible view of the city.

Great location Great service

Would definitely stay here again. It's located near plenty of shops, restaurants, and not too far from Penn Station. The rooms were clean, spacious enough for a NY hotel room (IYKYK), and the staff was amazing.

Second time staying at the Renaissance. We love it is walking a distance to many restaurants and attractions. Great staffs and the room is very clean.

If I could give the hotel a zero rating I would. The rooms are so small it is ridiculous. The hotel has a night club on its top floor and they use the hotel lobby and elevator for access. On our first night we returned to the hotel at 10.45 to witness a mass brawl directly outside the hotel entrance. The hotel tried to ignore it and police and paramedics were called. It took us 30 minutes to get into the hotel. I cancelled our 5 night stay and we moved to another hotel the following morning. This is NOT a hotel for families! The street is dirty and numerous homeless are outside. My families safety and wellbeing is a priority and you will not feel safe here!

Breakfast too expensive, room had a leak in the ceiling, small social areas and club next door. Good location.

1. I lost my nice blue shirt from my room. 2. The first day they didn't allow me to have the full breakfast even though I have paid for it. I had to to go through my paperwork to prove it to them for the next day .
