I did not like being charged for a cleaning fee when I was checking in. It should have been included in the rental rate. If I would have known that there was a cleaning fee, I would not have booked this room.

This place was in a very poor condition. The washing machine didnt work and this was main reason i booked so i could was clothes before next part of my trip. The room was really run down and in a poor state. The room smelt and so did the main corridor outside.
They charge 500 php to clean the room but make you take away your own rubbish before you leave.
The aircon smelt bad and actually made me sick the next morning.
Sorry but I would not recommend this.

Strong sewage odor at entrance of the property. A long way from where we stayed. No effect on the room.

Location was very good. Just needs a little better cleaners and a few new items - sofa and tv upgrade would make this better and although there was foam pieces they weren’t the same size as the bed. The owner is quick to respond and very pleasant

Unit should only for 2 (queen sized bed). For additional guest, only a mattress on floor was provided. Cockroaches were found in microwave and in refrigerator gasket.
