Somerset Grand Citra provides excellent accommodation in the heart of Jakarta. The area is full of options for dining and shopping, and the personnel are helpful, kind and professional. I would go back to this hotel without any hesitation.

The Somerset Grand Citra is perfectly located in Jakarta, in an area with plenty of options for dining. The rooms are clean and spacious, actually is an apartment with two bedrooms and living-room.
The staff is very kind and helpful.

The hotel is in good location and staff were professional, but the hotel itself needs updating and deep cleaning, I know some of the rooms already renovated and updated, but the ones that are not updated needs to some deep cleaning, like replacing the moldy caulk in the bathrooms.
