Family trip! It was clean and friendly staff

Female staff not friendly, but male staff ok, room on arrival looks clean but smelly

Accessibility. But staff are rude, bane Christina. Man are okay, but female staff are rude, not friendly, not helpful. Will never recommend to our group of friends.

I believe breakfast should be included in the price, the food option is not the best for the price. I stayed on a different hotel the rest of my trip and breakfast was wonderful and included in my price. Also, our room we could not control the AC so it was freaking hot, we opened the windows that didnt help with the street noise. I loved the location, the staff. but I will not stay on this hotel again for the price that I paid.

The good side of this hotel is close to train station. If you have big luggage’s and ride from regional train or above the train there’s no scalator or lift in the station. Drag your luggage to the stairs. The hotel is very basic. Our bathroom has molds around the shower area.. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is great - next to the train station and metro line. Simple hotel - no wash rags, typical European. Only breakfast option is full buffet, no ala carte. There is a Prima grocery store behind the hotel where you can buy breakfast items - fruit, yogurt, etc... Bake My Day Bakery across the street - through the park is a WOW! Their chocolate croissants are fabulous!

Two things about this hotel, first, rooms have central air controlled by the hotel and at night gets hot sometimes. Opening the windows helps a little but the the street noise its annoying. Second, hotel breakfasts is ok, just a continental breakfast with a little extras. I think $20 for that breakfast is too much, we found a local bakery and food was much better. Everything else at the hotel was fine, location, clean, staff very friendly.

Clean and near a convenient subway station

Stayed one night. Small window (with view of bastion) but very roomie. Just average furnishings. Did not use any of the amenities. Public transport was about a 10min walk away so not convenient if you have check in luggage.
