We were in Makkah for 5 days. Stay was really nice - we got a free upgrade to the room so that was good too.
The only concerns were that we did not get room service for 3 nights and I had to remind the hotel that they need to send someone. The other major concern was that the shuttle to Haram was always very packed. My family would end up having to stand up in the shuttle. That experience took away a lot from the 10/10 rating for Voco.

Room and bathroom both very clean and tidy. Staff is very quick and efficient, beds are so comfortable, room service is quick and tasty. Shuttle service is convenient to travel to and from Masjid Al Haram. Overall a great stay! I recommend to all.
