Staff was friendly. Breakfast could be improved.

The rooms were always very clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel has an excellent location.

Super helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but great.

Clean room, friendly efficient staff, lovely fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet every morning. Good location - easy tram journey into the centre of Torino..

This hotel is close to the Torino FC stadium, perfect for a match day stay. I arrived late and the gentleman helped me park, changed rooms when the AC wasnt working, and was very kind. The room was definitely European style and the shower door was tired. The room was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom extremely small, no additional locks on the door for additional safety. Staff were pleasant but definitely gave me uncomfortable vibes as a solo traveler.

Very nice and friendly staff they are clean and very professional

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean and good property,

I have stayed for 3 days and it was fit with my expectations. Staff is really friendly. But room cleaning starts at 07.30 AM and because of thin walls, get yourself ready to wake up with passionate italian noises and vacuum cleaner sounds.

Cozy bedroom, clean, staff were awesome, helpful.
