Highly recommend!!! I recommend this hotel if you are staying in the San Marco area and want a short walk to major destinations and transport (less than 10 min walk to most places). The location is amazing as a home base. My room had cold AC, amazing WiFi, and was extremely quiet! They don’t have 24 hr front desk but check in instructions were extremely clear and sent to me ahead of time. Make sure to have cash to pay for daily resort charge of 4 euro a day. Hope this was helpful!

I had to make two bookings because my plans changed and they were kind enough to let me stay in my upgraded room without charging extra.

What a lovely place!! Main door is down a side street and totally unassuming. Up the stairs to the reception room, we got there early but left our bags and came back later on to check in. The room was quite large, clean, not plain but not too ornate. Nice little mini bar too. Air conditioning had the room at nice cool temp but not too cold. Excellent view into the square below, once th windows were closed, silence!! Brilliant value for money!!

I loved this hotel! It's easily accessible and Patricia was amazingly helpful! The early check in was also so appreciated. I do wish the air conditioning worked better but it was the middle of a historic heatwave and it was doing its best!

The room was spacious and clean. But the bathroom was narrow and small. Decor of the room… wasn’t really my taste. I wish there was something to tie the curtain to open. Lastly, it was very awkward to the staff right infront of our front door, literally 2 feet away from our front door. It would have been better if the staff were downstairs. Not sure why the set was that way. They have the space downstairs. Overall, it was ok.

The room was fine. The room was a little hot, but we are used to having the air conditioning set low. It would only go so low. The really only issue we had was at check in. We got there after the staff’s hours and had no way to get into our room. We also did not have cell service. Thank goodness for strangers. Two young men called the hotel and spoke with the staff, as her English was not good and our Italian was even worse. She had put the keys in a safe that was behind a closed door. Once we found it and used the code she gave us, then our stay was good. We will never travel out of the country again without having cell service. We don’t require daily room service, so we never used it during our stay, so I can’t comment on it. It was located in a convenient place. It’s Venice, so you will get lost at some point or another.

On our recent stay, our family had three rooms. Very roomy, well appointed rooms. One of our rooms even had a patio attached. Perfect for us to gather at the end of the evening with a glass of wine. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
