Rooms are clean, staff are amazing and really helpful, food was great, we checked out 2pm they didn’t even charge us for anything extra, lots of amenities, thank you guys!! Definitely recommend it.

The property was very amazing and the staff very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and maintain daily was a wonderful view on the Lagoon so peaceful.

The resort itself was a well run resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did feel the room coffee limit of four pods was a bit stingy for a 8 night stay. The food was very diverse and delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is absolutely ideal—perfectly positioned to access everything El Gouna has to offer. The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star property: beautifully appointed suites, excellent dining options, and most importantly, a team of staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special recognition must go to Ms Nermeen and the entire Guest Experience Ambassador team, who provided exceptional, personalized service throughout our stay. They were consistently attentive—anticipating our needs, answering questions promptly, and going well beyond standard service to ensure we had a memorable experience. We would return without hesitation. Highly recommended.
