perfect spot for a first time to rome

Being own lotion. Shampoo. The upper room was 4 flights of stairs. We moved to a smaller room with one flight. Close the outside shutters to keep the disco noise down. Staff was very nice.

For American travelers, the quality of the room is not up to standard. Room was clean, but unappealing. Access to your room was tiresome. You had to turn in your key every time you left. Upon return, you had to ring a bell and wait on the street until someone let you in. I extended my stay in Rome an extra day and moved to a new hotel of higher quality and self-access 24/7.

Staff were efficient, we liked being able to leave the key so we didn’t have to worry about losing it while we were out. Room was really clean and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Right next to the Colosseum which was a beautiful place to sit in the evenings, 20 minutes by foot from Termini station and less than 10 minutes to walk to the BEST sandwich shop.

The hotel is located right across the street from the Colosseum so it makes it easy to navigate most of the city. Many restaurants and shops around or walking distance. The hotel is very basic but it’s clean and offers the basic necessities if you’re looking for something a little bit more posh, this is not the place for you, but if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, that’s clean and comfortable than it checks the boxes. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage you do have to carry them up flight of steps all in all it’s great and can’t complain too much about it. The staff took really good care of me was very friendly and there’s 24 hour staff available.

Nice place to stay. Room was newly renovated and very clean. Good access to wifi. Very walkable.

Location was amazing to see the sights and transportation around the area was in a variety of ways. Taxis, buses and trains to get you around the city

Great location across the street from the Colosseum. Very friendly and helpful employees. Highly recommend. No elevator, so we stayed on 1st floor (2nd) but they carried our luggage for us Senior ladies.

The hotel itself is nicer than it seems it is online. The front desk is available 24 hours, which is rare for Italy. They let us check our bags at 9 am and check in at 10- which is super nice. There are no elevators and they don’t help you bring up your bag, so be prepared to carry your bag to the third floor . However, the room was nice and the bathroom was too. The location is incredible!!! It’s loud at night, but what do you except for being in such a prime location? Definitely recommend
