還好 The housekeeping were in the room cleaning then they left the room opened unattended. I talked to the manager he said that he is sorry and that he will refund 20% of the stay but then he told me that because i booked through a third party he couldn’t do the refund

The staff top to bottom, the hotel, the restaurants, top notch. I made hell for them and every time they came back with a vengeance of generosity haha (room 208--they know). I will def be back. You should stay here
