All Staff members were very nice and helpful. The room was great and clean. Would have been nice if breakfast was included with the room cost but we paid to eat. There were many good breakfast items.

Great spot, staff was great as far as confriming restaurant and helping navigate the city. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning was top notch considering the heat. Only thing to caution is the showers are tough to manage. The step in and out couple with the water that always seemed to pool up made things a bit challenging. Aside from that amazing spot to stay, would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel, room was perfect and the location was great! Air con worked a treat in the room & the bed was very large and comfortable.

Clean room, good breakfast, close to arc. Felt very safe - 24/7 doorman

Even in a heat wave the room on the 6th floor was nice and cool. There’s also an elevator. The view was nice as well, with the little balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage as well. Very nice, would stay again.

Location was excellent, great base for getting to and from all the main sights. Hotel was clean, room was on the cosy side but would recommend staying here

Great location, easy walking distance food and to so many sights particularly Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise. Louvre is totally walking distance but put on your sneakers! Staff were on the so-so side for politeness and unfortunately during an early morning checkout the front desk person was downright rude, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

Couple of hundred yards from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elyse and the RER and Metro Lines beneath it. Surrounded by decent bars and restaurants, we could not have been in a more convenient area. The staff were great, breakfast well worth the 15 euros. Importantly, the aircon coped admirably with the 37C heat externally. Couldn't have been happier and are already planning a return
