河內安飯店 (The Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa)

I was happy with my stay. Roomy and clean.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Pool needs to be maintained a bit more and updated. Otherwise everything was good and we were close to many nice places.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is dated and tired. Surrounding area was a bit rough but central.

Breakfast was really great. Massive variety and quality! Staff were excellent. Especially front desk and the staff on the street helping with vehicles, arrivals etc. the only downside was that our room smelt a bit musty/smokey, maybe smoked in or damp from poor construction of bathroom.

Breakfast was good, AC worked fine No mirrors in the room, had to use bathroom mirrors for make up and combing hair

One of the issues we had with this property was that it was in a run down area of the city, not very close to anything of interest. Breakfast was good, toaster did not work the 4 days we were there, but limited.

My stay could not have been any better

Room cleanliness and staff professionalism.

The room is spotless and staff are excellent.
