Location great. Shower didn't drain. Shower missing a door so water came out to bathroom.

Horrible, so filthy, aircon was gross, plumping was not just old but not clean and maintained. I felt sick after I left from so much dust, they used to bed sheets to make a doona for a double bed, that split in the middle. Such a rip off.

It was close walking distance to everything and very helpful staff!

Located conveniently near the shopping areas and a grocery store too.

Worth the stay! The elevator is working, and there are tons of steps in this older building but it’s perfect for two people to stay in a great location close to everything! Roberta checked us in quick and easy and out stay was absolutely fantastic! Just steps away from restaurants, Spanish steps and within walking distance to all local attractions! Our room was perfect, firm and comfortable bed! And cute closet room for all your items with a window overlooking the street. Would stay again!

Instructions for self check in were incomplete and very confusing! We spent a great deal of time & frustration trying to figure out how to obtain the key to our room - it would be nice if the rooms were numbered so that you knew which set of instructions went to our room!! Upon entry to our room, we had issues with the plumbing (toilet) which loudly ran continuously, rendering the toilet unusable. We contacted the emergency number, fearing the constant running of toilet would cause a room flood as well as the issue of not being able to use the facilities. We were told “Registration is closed” and no one can come fix it until the next afternoon. After a lot of back & forth, frustrated communication due to language barriers, we were inconveniently asked to move to another room for 1 night, then move back after repairs were completed. With any hotel, an emergency call would prompt immediate action from the maintenance staff, but not with this hotel. We weren’t asking for a frivolous item such as extra towels, we needed a functional toilet! It was clear the hotel did not care about patron convenience, and we found that completely unacceptable. In addition, when we checked out, we found the from door locked, with no instructions on where a main key was! We almost missed our waiting Uber until my husband frantically scanned the Registration desk & found an odd key that luckily fit. We would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone who would be seeking a comfortable stay!!

Close to Spanish steps, no amenities

Room was cleaned daily after paying the resort tax!!! No staff on duty that we seen or didn’t know where they were!!! Lots of restaurants nearby but were all the same, pizza, spaghetti, wine, focaccia no American channel on tv luckily I remembered my Netflix account!!! When I left a message for staff I never knew if they got it till too late!!! Beautiful city but thinking I would never go back!!!

Gisele was very helpful and attentive! The property is in walking distance to major attractions and I felt safe the entire stay.10/10
