Good location, super nice staff, very nice studio, great breakfast, all was good..

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff was at City Villas. The room was beautiful and modern and cozy at the same time. Breakfast was perfect and fresh. We would stay again. Thank you Santorini

Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay here. They have the most incredible staff that helped us to make reservations. Gave us ideas of where to go, we could whatsapp them and they were always available to help us. I wish I could give them 10 Stars because that truly made the stay there SO much easier and Comforting. They gave the best restaurant reviews, and we loved our breakfast Brought to the room, enjoying the hot tub and the pool.

First and foremost, staff are super super friendly/accommodating and helpful!! Everything they helped arrange in terms of restaurants were spot on, and transport to/from airport/Port were super professional, friendly, and on time! They were better than most super upscale ritzy hotel staff!! Breakfast included and has a variety of good options per traditional European breakfast…and delivered to your room. Location is a little 10 min walk up hill through small side streets to heart of Town….convenient if you want to be a little away from the crazy, close enough to get to easily. Rooms are good size and worked perfect for us. Hotel is a little dated and pool not that fantastic as it’s small space, but we spent most time out of hotel…so great for us! Jacuzzi and shower water temp could be a little more on hot side, but not horrible. I’d recommend Irene City!

Great location, gorgeous apartment unit with a rooftop jacuzzi. Nice view from rooftop patio. Within walking distance of everything. Loved our stay!

Everything was excellent from cleanliness, staff, and overall service.

The room was lovely and very quiet. Be aware that the water temperature for the hot tub and the shower is set to 33c. This is not a problem in the usual Greek summer weather as it is very hot on Santorini, but it is not truly “hot” water and can be too chilly for a cooler day.

What an INCREDIBLE place! The staff was the most customer focused of any place I’ve stayed in my almost 60 years. They looked out for us and let us know our ferry had been cancelled (rebooked) before we even knew. The morning breakfasts brought to our room were incredible, and we loved the very private hot tub on our balcony. I can’t say enough good about this incredible place!

I was greeted with enthusiasm by Kostas. He gave me the run down for the villa and the area, including places to eat with a view as well as local family run restaurants worth a visit. My suite was smaller than the pictures suggested but that wasn't an issue as it will light and airy. I nearly always dozed off quickly at night as the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was great, especially after a day walking. The pool area was small but suited the size of the compound and got the sun from about 9am until mid-afternoon. Breakfast was brought to the rooms each morning based on the order from the night before so I was able to wake up more slowly than in other hotels. Even the last day was organised around me by Emmy. The hotel was closing for the season, and it was clear quickly that everyone was in full tidy up and clean down mode, but she arranged for a sun bed to be left at the pool for me to chill and a taxi to pick me up at 6pm even though checkout was 11am. All in all, this was a great stay.
