My room has to use stairs but front staff are good.

The hotel is in a great location, which was a major plus. However, my experience was disappointing when the shampoo and body wash dispensers ran empty and were not refilled by housekeeping. When I contacted the front desk, the staff were unable to locate replacement stock or resolve the issue promptly. This lack of coordination and attention to basic guest needs felt unprofessional and detracted from an otherwise convenient stay.

Great hotel and very central next to main train station . Service is friendly and professional . Great hotel . Would definitely return . There are lot of random people and druggies roaming the streets around the central station at night, but didnt have any issues with them as such. Also the security at the hotel is very good so we felt very safe .

4-5 stars overall. Clean rooms, very good breakfast, and friendly front desk and breakfast staff. The location is very central and conveniently located to the main station and river. However as other reviewers have commented, there are a lot of drug users hanging around the station and streets. Nevertheless the area did not feel unsafe during daylight hours.
