Basic but extremely well appointed and very conveniently located. Spotlessly clean and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful

Great stay! Very helpful staff

Very nice and welcoming. Helpful.

Will highly recommend!

What a wonderful surprise. It exceeded all expectations. We were uncertain about staying in a “shared bathroom” situation but in this case there were more than enough bathrooms to take care of the guests. Very quiet. Well-equipped kitchen and common area. Loved the owners who are there every day. Super helpful suggestions upon check-in. They even helped me fill out a lost item request with the bus transport company. All in all a FIRST CLASS operation. Highly recommended. Great location in a safe, cool neighborhood.

Great place near to the beach and lots of great food. Really welcoming people and use of kitchen for morning coffee etc. room was small but very comfortable and extremely well soundproofed from the busy street.

Good place to stay. The host was very helpful and gave us good local knowledge. The room and shared kitchen area were very user friendly and clean.

Great location, very spacious, and absolutely perfect for beach days and shopping trips.

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was very clean and the location was ideal, just a few steps away from the beach. I highly recommend Pension Aia!
