Great staff. Very approachable and helpful.

The Jefferson is one of the classiest hotels there is — unassuming elegance; well appointed rooms; gracious and competent staff. It is rare to find a hotel that provides such impeccable service at a moment’s notice without the unnecessary hustle and bustle of Grand Central Station in New York City. A calm and comfortable stay is the ultimate luxury that The Jefferson Hotel guarantees its guests. Several staff members also recognized and acknowledged me from a single visit two years ago. Needless to say, I certainly feel welcome and at home there. Thank you yet again!

Loved this property! Our entire stay/experience was fabulous - everyone from the doormen to concierge and reception were exceptionally cordial, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend The Jefferson.

Nice property service is excellent, but Washington DC that area smells like a sewer

The breakfast is great but cost are high

The Jefferson provided my wife and I a wonderful stay. The restaurant and bar service were wonderful

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! Great location and the Quill bar was exceptional. Only complaints are the size of the bathrooms and lack of bathroom amenities.
