Great location. 5 min walk to Piazza Tasso.

Great location, really central, price amazing. It’s only on one floor so it is small but it’s a fabulous base, really clean, look past the ground floor of building. Has everything you need fresh towels every day, lovely and ample breakfast. Nice staff. Location and price is the winner x

Breakfast was fresh food but small area a bit overcrowded

First of all not easy to find because it is tucked away on the backside of a multilevel building. The driveway around it was packed with cars and narrow. I left car with partner to go ip onto 3floor to get assistance with parking as told to me in their email. Door was open , no one there. Found envelope for me and others on a tray. It only had room key but no info where room was and no parking info. Back down -did find hidden elevator -we met a couple staying also who had a number to call . So through them we were told where parking was. The front door of the little B/B ( converted suit) remained wide open , I could not get it to close —not the safest situation—we blocked our door with suitcases. Next morning there was a lady at the desk who said maybe the manager closes the door at night! Breakfast had hot dogs, little strips salami h am cheese bread and coffee and boiled eggs. I noted she washed the dishes in a side little closet like a sideboard. But the rooms were very nice , bed very vomfortable . I now realize the responses to my 3 emails re: the parking were AI generated because they always said ‘we will see what is available when you get here at check in. But there was no checkin untill we left and only because I TOLD the lady at the desk , who also knew nothing about what happened after she left at 2pm. It was a good location to get to the pedestrian area of Sorrento

We overall had a good stay but the check in could use better communicating and clear instructions on how to check in. It said the front desk was open until 9pm which is not true. We arrived before 7pm and had to call to get someone to tell us how to get in. There should be an email or WhatsApp message before arrival. Also we had to help another guest get their key one evening because they also needed help. The breakfast was good each morning, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The woman who was at the front desk/breakfast area in the morning was helpful.

Stayed here for three nights. Overall location is good if you are willing to walk about 15-20 mins. The property lists private parking as one of the main benefits but that is NOT true at all. The lady at front desk flat out said that parking is NOT available and NOT allowed. 1) One of the worst mattress and pillows combination ever. They never changed the bedsheets or took time to clean it. 2) Entrance to the building is dark at night. 3) The elevator door doesn’t have any sign that indicates as such. 4) An envelope with room key was left on the counter but didn’t say that there are multiple rooms behind an unmarked door. We wondered how to gain access to the room.

Clean room and great coffee

Building was kind of hard to find because of google map showed that we were on that place but it was on the side back of the street. Also, the building is old but the rooms are modern, state of the art and super clean. Walking distance for restaurants, local bus and terminals. Overall, I am really satisfied with my stay.
