Nice hotel out in the suburbs… about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area. Close to Tivoli Park. Easy to get to by bus, several routes going downtown stop nearby.

不錯 This hotel could be a four star hotel. It has a big infrastructure but the stay was disappointing. The door lock was patched up but didn’t work. Light switch was floppy and kept breaking. As I walked in, the bedsheet wasn’t clean. There was this ugly dustbin right in front of the door. I got my room cleaned every day and yet every day they didn’t clean at all. Would only replace the towels and make the bed. Didn’t even change the sheets. No cleaning the floor whatsoever. Reception closes at midnight. We checked in around 11.30pm. Went back to get slippers (dint have it in the room), there was no one to help. Seems like the staff and management can easily up the guest experience but don’t want to. Won’t be staying here again.

The room was clean, staff members very friendly and helpful. We had an early morning flight so the staff even packed a good breakfast for us for the way.

Outside old town, on regular bus route 👌, 1.50€ each way. Free Parking off street 👍. Very helpful staff 👍. Great property to base your Ljubljana adventure. Would stay again!

Front desk very grouchy. I clearly have a knee brace and limp but they put me on the 8th floor anyway...elevator onlygoes to the 7th. Had to lug suitcases up a flight of steps after a very long day. Dven yhough everyone could see that they had free hotel parking spaces available they made several of us park in a Publix lot off the property. The only ready of sunshine was the sweet server in the dining room for the buffet. Her service was excellent.

It is good. The room and bathrrom lighting was poor though. Breakfast was excellent. No any provision for making Tea or coffee in the room.
