瑞皮塔客房酒店 (Ripetta Rooms)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

Oh my God, where do I even start? This was an absolutely amazing property to stay at—I was completely blown away from the moment I arrived. I’m genuinely sorry my stay was only five days; I wish it could have been fifty! The staff were incredible across the board, and the amenities were phenomenal. The location is simply unbelievable. Our cleaning lady was outstanding—she took such pride in keeping every room spotless and welcoming. I’ve truly never experienced such warm, attentive service at any hotel before. The owner of Ripetta Rooms, Marco, is the most wonderful person. He clearly understands exactly what travelers are looking for and has created something truly special. There simply aren’t enough adjectives to describe how fantastic this stay was. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Not the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely not the best. Its clean enough but could really use a coat of paint.

location was great but the place isn't in good condition. Old and well worn. find something else if you can.

We had an excellent stay at Ripetta Rooms. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Marco, Patrick, and David for their outstanding hospitality. The location is ideal, with key attractions easily accessible on foot. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We would also like to commend the housekeeping staff for their great work. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Awesome and perfect location

Moldy bathroom and showers, staff is good tho. Room not like pics

This is the perfect place to stay if you don’t need the frills of a fancy hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The room is located in walking distance to all major tourist attractions, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this room again.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before booking this property. This accommodation is advertised online as a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, that rating is completely misleading. What I found upon arrival was one of the most run-down properties I have ever stayed in, and certainly nowhere near the standard that most people would associate with a 4-star hotel. The condition of the building is extremely poor. The walls and communal areas are visibly worn, with cracked surfaces, peeling wallpaper, and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The room itself was equally disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked, the television was unreliable, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the shower had both poor water pressure and drainage issues. The one genuinely positive aspect of my stay was the cleaner. She was kind, hardworking, and always willing to help. If anything at this property deserves a 4-star rating, it is her level of service. My biggest concern is that the online reviews and photographs do not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodation. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential guests to look beyond the headline rating and conduct thorough research before booking. This review is an honest account of my stay. I would not return, nor would I recommend this property to others. There are many accommodation options in Rome, go to them instead!

Great location, room was pretty small but clean, staff was helpful.

Our blankets had disgusting stains on them . I found them the last night staying
